5. Computer must have Windows XP SP2 or above or Macintosh OS X (Intel) to be serviced on-site.
6. Parts, data recovery, and installation are additional.

No "trip charge" within these Pennsylvania towns Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Belmont Hills, Broomall, Bryn Mawr, Conshohocken, Devon, Drexel Hill, Gladwyne, Gulph Mills, Haverford, Havertown, Lansdowne, King of Prussia, Malvern, Media, Merion, Merion Station, Narberth, Penn Valley, Radnor, Rosemont, Springfield, St. Davids, Upper Darby, Villanova, Wayne, and Wynnewood. All Philadelphia service will have a "trip charge" added ($40.00).
8. INpersonPC reserves the right to repair the computer off-site.
9. Two hour on-site maximum otherwise off-site service provided.
10. Hours of operation are Mon. - Sat. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, evenings and weekends as requested.
11. This service is targeted for out of warranty desktops (Pentium 4 PC and MAC G4 and above.) It is a labor only offer.
12. Broadband Internet required for onsite service.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of INpersonPC is limited to providing the service again and in no circumstances shall INpersonPC be liable for any consequential economic or indirect loss that may be occasioned in connection with the use of our products or services. Data loss is a risk taken by the client and INpersonPC shall not be liable without limitation to any direct indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
