3. Payment due at time of service, cash, PayPal, or check.
4. Computer must be easily accessible.
5. Computer must have Windows XP SP2 or above or Macintosh OS X (Intel) to be serviced on-site.
6. Parts, data recovery, and installation are additional.
7. All Philadelphia service will have a "trip charge" added ($45.00).
8. INpersonPC reserves the right to repair the computer off-site.
9. Two hour on-site maximum otherwise off-site service provided.
10. Hours of operation are Mon. - Sat. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, evenings and weekends as requested.
11. This service is targeted for out of warranty desktops (Pentium 4 PC and Intel MAC and above.) It is a labor only offer.
12. Broadband Internet required for onsite service.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of INpersonPC is limited to providing the service again and in no circumstances shall INpersonPC be liable for any consequential economic or indirect loss that may be occasioned in connection with the use of our products or services. Data loss is a risk taken by the client and INpersonPC shall not be liable without limitation to any direct indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
